Terms of Use

Please read carefully, before you start downloading the tubes.

It is so sad that I had to put up these terms but there are so many people out there who think that because something is published on the web it automatically becomes Public Domain. There is a lot of hard work in each tube.

All tubes are made with PSP 7.

I do not claim Copyright on the original picture the tube was made from, unless I did it myself. Only © I claim is for my actual tubes.
I do not use pictures or graphics taken from the web.
All Artists' work I have here comes from the so-called "Dead Art", where Artits are long dead copyrights have expired. (i.e. Leonardo Da Vinci, Monet, etc. ), or from private sources (friends and family photographs) -tutorials, memberships' line art etc. with proper permissions given to me.

They are free for you to use in your graphics and personal pages provided that:

You do not include them in any web published archives, collections or CDs. Do not distribute them for downloading or give them out as "snags" in E-mail graphics groups, Forums or Msn communities, a simple text link to my pages for whoever wants to download the tubes is ok. I have had a lot of bad experiences with these groups, especially with MSN communities.

Do not use them for ANY graphics destined for PRINTING to distribute either as cards or scrap-booking or whatever. Many of these tubes come from tutorials or Lineart whose authors forbid any printing of results for distribution.

Mail me if you need them for tutorials, normally I never refuse permission.

Do not use them in any pages promoting violence to humans or animals,or with pornorgraphic, racist, illegal or lewd contents.

The graphics you create with the tubes are of course yours and you can claim copyright. But the copyright for the tubes remains mine!

IMPORTANT: Commercial use of the tubes, whether incorportated in graphics for sale, or in sales promotion pages is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If you have any questions on that please

DO NOT DIRECT LINK under any circumstances. This is Bandwidth theft and is illegal. Steps will be taken when found. And believe me, I do track down hot-linking, no matter how wise the hot-linkers think they are.

And finally DO NOT CHANGE the file name. Even if you do and present the tube as a psp image or even gif of your own - this has happened, - I can still find them and claim them.

Every tube comes in it own zip file. Just click on the preview you like and you can download the zip file to your disk.

n.b .I am now watermarking all my tubes and embed all pertaining info, concerning their sources..It is no use trying to erase the watermarks as I am the only who knows where they are and I keep records.
